At least a lot of us do. There are dozens of baby-related things that people of “normal height” would never think of. Tall people need taller strollers. I find myself with a backache any time I push a stroller too long. If you have a tall/long baby, there are other things you may need to take into consideration: the back height or leg room in your car seat, swing, carrier, etc. Or what about the height of seatbelt straps?
By 8 months, my babies grow out of their back-facing car seat, and I am tempted to turn them around before their first birthday. I know, I shouldn’t even consider that. But when they weigh as much as most two year olds and their legs are so long they are buckled against the back seat, my mind begins to wander.
I just came across a site that has done a lot of the homework for us moms of tall babies & kids. They have researched & reviewed a variety of things, from tall/long baby clothes, to tall strollers, nursery furniture, car seats, & more. Check them out, it just may save you some time.

My 18 year old body didn’t mind so much if a shirt was a bit short and showed my tummy or back when I bent over. But my “32 years old and 2 & 3/4 kids later” body? Yeah, that’s not happening. I’d rather keep things covered.
Thank goodness for long camisoles. They’re great for layering. Sakura Rose has a nice selection of extra long camis in several colors, some with lace and some without. Plus they’re reasonably priced.

Tall girls often have a larger foot size that local shops don't cater to. Here's a list of places you can find wider, larger shoe sizes.
