tall car coatEddie Bauer is known for quality clothes that will last, and they have a nice selection of tall clothes. Their style is a bit more conservative, but you can often find cute things that don’t make you look frumpy.

I like this car coat available in size tall because it’s got a bit of a cinch at the waist so you don’t end up feeling like you’re a walking sofa. Plus, it’s a lighter weight “car coat” so you won’t sweat to death shopping for cans of tomatoes after driving to the grocery store in a snow storm.

    More conservative clothing, this shop has very good reviews as far as quality is concerned.

    The Gap has a tall section with a good variety of clothing.
